Open hours wrong on Google. Open hours wrong on my collection email from John Lewis. Went 3 times to pick up the same parcel! Please sort this out
I attempted to collect a parcel here only to find the gate padlocked shut and no one there (despite being within the advertised opening hours) so was unable to collect my order. John Lewis customer service were no help at all.
