   Not really one for reviews, but feel this must be shared. We went into the Salisbury store as we had seen the Malvern sofa on TikTok/online and really wanted to see in person if it was the right choice for our next sofa. I can't remember the man's name annoyingly, but he was using swear words during our time with him in the showroom (not very professional to begin with, should have been a red flag...) then ended up mis-selling us a footstool that he assured us matched our new Malvern sofa - once it was delivered it was clear it did not match, customer services rang through to the branch, who then admitted they told me it would match but knew it wouldn't! So not only did the foot stool have to be returned (waste of time and money), the people who delivered our sofa (after a 7 week wait!) dropped it out of the van and broke it. We then noticed another section was snapped too! All captured on our ring doorbell. Customer services said they'd send a replacement 2 modules, no problem we thought, these things happen... The new sections arrived (after another 2 week wait) and it is ripped! I can understand one issue, but this is 5 different issues on one simple sofa. Customer services said I could have a technician out to fix the rip (don't trust them after the amount of issues we have already had) so we settled for a partial refund, £190 on a £1700 sofa... not good at all. Be wary of this, the viral TikTok sofa isn't what it is made out to be and customer services and the store isn't much better either.

   Niall was a lovely young man and helped and supported us to find right furniture for us, including two sofa and sofa bed. We came in two weeks on the trott as we decided to get the furniture to match. Niall was patient and professional to ensure all prices were correct. The time he took with us was very much appreciated by my husband and I.

   We ordered a sofa and armchair to arrive before Christmas - 9 weeks waiting (which we understood) day of delivery arrives, we get a call the morning of to say "they can't find the sofa" but can deliver the armchair. Armchair arrived damaged.

   Appalling service having agreed a delivery date when ordered - this was then slipped a month, then half an hour before that delivery date they slipped it another 3 weeks. Three months from the order if it arrives. Their on line customer service also rates 1 to 2 stars.

   The one star is because the staff in the shop are nice and the customer service team are too,however I would suggest you go to oakland up by Tesco you pay a third of what you pay at Oakland Furniturland,because they tell you they will do a room delivery and remove packaging and a home assembly with the delivery ,they don't they just deliver the furniture in its packaging and leave and you pay for that service .

   I popped in last Saturday. As just moved to the area. And myself and husband needed table and chairs and basic furniture. We were met with a very rude bloke who. Asked us to use gel on our hands. I said I'm good thank you. Which upset the bloke more. And he then told me to put gloves on. Which were jamed in a box. ( not good practice) we walked around feeling very uncomfortable. To then have a second bloke turn up. Who was not much better. So we sacked it. So due to the attitude of the staff. We spent our money else where. And got a better service. Maybe they need to go on a customer services course
