As a business client, I was disappointed by the response time when requesting the addition of a vehicle to our account. I was informed that the process could take up to 4–5 days, which feels unnecessarily slow and impacts our ability to operate efficiently. For business clients, a faster and more streamlined service would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away from these. Absolute scammers they lie to your face. They are a 3rd party insurer and cannot put your information over you gave them correctly to the proper insurance and the insurance ask questions and they ask you again and end up getting your insurance voided with no refund because they couldn't put across the information properly. Lost alot of money because of these and wouldnt like to see anyone in my position. Cannot do there job at all. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Put in a formal complaint and waiting to hear back if I don't I will take legit action what will cost more money but to get justice for these scammers I'm happy to do that. Stay away from these!
My experience with this company has been great overall! I unfortunately lost my driving license and finding car insurance was proving to be extremely stressful however setting up a new policy with the help of BCD was completely stress free! I also just had a quick query regarding some documents that needed providing after setting up my policy and I spoke to Abigale on Live Chat who was friendly and professional and resolved my query in about 5 minutes! Highly recommend!
