   The service at NFU must be second to none. Many years ago, more years ago than I can remember or wish to remember, I made a small claim with an insurance company whose name I have forgotten. The claim was eventually settled but not until I had amassed a file of letters spanning more than 6 months. It was, of course, the old trick of trying to wear the claimant out. I decided to persevere and eventually sent the whole file to the Insurance Ombudsman whereupon the claim was settled without so much as another letter. This has obviously coloured my view of insurers whose only mission in life seems to be to collect ever increasing premiums and to avoid claims at any cost. I have recently made a claim with NFU and I have to say that they have restored my faith entirely. From the very first contact to settlement, the process was handled with complete courtesy and settled in a matter of days. I would have no hesitation in recommending NFU for all insurance needs.    NFU home insurance has been excellent for the past 6 years. Claims have been dealt with super fast with excellent communication. Premium stays the same or even slightly reduces each year!! Mark in the Winchester office just processed a iPhone replacement within about 24 hours it was all sorted! Thank you!

   I've been with NFU Mutual for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. Having used the "usual" online companies over the years with very mixed results NFU are a breath of fresh air. The main reasons for the five star review are: Easy to deal with, you can get through on the phone easily without having to wait for hours. Email communications is very quick unlike others who take days to reply. Most of all when it matters they pay out. I had someone hit my car in the rear and write it off and they offered a fair price. The car was old but with very low mileage and in great condition so they agreed to match an online value that was significantly more. Can't fault them and would recommend them every time.

   Had my 2020 annual review with NFU, Expert advice was absolutely invaluable. There were several crucial elements of my business that were not insured properly, at best just remiss but some made me legally non-compliant. Our business keeps all insurances with NFU and as such all policies are heavily discounted, works well and the professional advice and annual consultation is worth its weight in gold... I have been with the NFU for over thirty years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
