    Everything is online except claims. Hard to use site to try and prevent you from cancelling policy/renewal. Allianz, I don't know if I'm insured with you because I still haven't received the policy for my car from you, there's nothing on my login, just the old policy. I do not recommend this company to anyone, there is no possibility to talk to anyone on the phone, everything is done via e-mail
