   Stuart arrived on very busy day, close to Christmas, and quickly fitted a set of oven door hinges which had been ordered following a phone diagnosis of my problem. Stuart was friendly and professional and seems to be able to fix pretty much anything. As he walked into my kitchen he recognised both me and my dishwasher which he repaired some 2 and a half years ago (still going strong) and gave me some ongoing dishwasher maintenance tips as he cleared away his tools. Just amazing service.

   The drum on my washing machine broke. Prompt and Precise were happy to organise a repair, ordering the part as soon as I contacted them and arranging to fit it within the week (as soon as they received the part). The technician arrived exactly on time and completed the repair carefully, efficiently and professionally. I was charged for the part and a standard callout fee for the repair; very good value as altogether half the cost of a new machine. The repair took 90 minutes, which made the £80 call out fee very fair. Some companies do not do drum replacements due to the size of the job, so I was very pleased to find Prompt and Precise and not have to buy a new washer. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

   Stuart went beyond the call of duty in trying to fix a blocked waste pipe to the dishwasher and washing machine ! He also fixed the dishwasher which after careful analysis needed a new solenoid to the water inlet valve ! Nothing was too much for Stuart, I would recommend him whole heartedly !
