I contacted KLS after our Smeg fridge freezer suddenly stopped working. They were very quick to respond, visit and quickly diagnose the problem. Through no fault of KLS, there were then a number delays as a number of replacement parts were ordered and re-ordered, but they kept me up to date and were very responsive to my messages. Wayne even came out on his day off to fix it. Amazing service. Would highly recommend.

Super quick next day response from this company to a malfunction on my Miele dishwasher. The engineer, Anil, kept me informed of his arrival time and was brilliant - polite, friendly and found and fixed the fault straight away. Highly recommended.
