Malcolm was friendly, knowledgeable and down-to-earth. Although I had an exhaust bracket missing, Malcolm took a no-nonsense approach and fabricated a replacement, welding it on as well as repairing the other bracket. It was all done at a sensible price compared to the eye-watering fee Toyota wanted to charge me. Thoroughly recommended.

After failing its MoT my rusty campervan was rejected by regular garages because they were not able to fix it. However Malcolm at speedweld gave it a thorough look over at short notice. He has a positive attitude and is incredibly knowledgeable, he has the expertise to save the van! I cannot recommend this place enough.

I Had some dual exhaust tips welded on to my existing exhaust pipe. Malcolm was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, old school, honest and reliable, he talks you through the whole process and if you like you can watch him while he works. His attention to detail was second to none, and he asks you through each step of the process if you are happy with the work, and the positioning of the exhaust. He works on your car as if it was his own, he also does car servicing, brakes, you name it, some may think it’s only welding by the name, but Malcolm has a vast knowledge of cars etc. highly recommended, I will be back for sure for my service, pads discs and anything else I need doing to my car. rang him late afternoon and the next morning he was working on my car, excellent prices too

I was seeking a minor job to weld a join between my parking post and lock unit. Malcom was quick to respond initially to my email enquiry, and after some sound advice I took a trip over to his business unit. He done the job within 20 mins and provided a well above service with a smile. I highly recommend SpeedWeld for their skills, customer service and commitment to getting the job done by putting the customer first.

Speedweld helped us out at short notice this week, and we couldn't thank you enough. Had the run around on our exhaust, then we found Malcolm's contact online. The repair didn't take too long and the labour rate was very fair and reasonable. We'd definitely recommend using Speedweld Engineering. Thanks again, Chris.
