   Terrible service!! Claiming a minimal amount after being stuck in spain due to afrench airline strike. Started the claim 6mths ago, sent every detail numerous times, and each time they send asking for details i get a standard email saying it will be passed on to an assessor. The phone line is a joke . Said they would phone back after waiting 45 mins on the phone!! Still waiting 4 days later!! After paing for an annual policy i am glad it was not a more serious claim. Never again

   Don't go near this company, sent every required by recorded delivery over 5 weeks ago and not even a confirmation that the claim is logged!! Can't get through on phones as tried most days, tried email to be told wrong department and forwarded on but would give me any timescales other than 31 days which has been and gone. Emailed eight team but still no response a week later! Just feel like it's a massive scam and so grateful nothing serious happened whilst away as whete would we be!!

   I purchased travel insurance from Now Travel Insurance due to the 5 star rating they have. When on our honeymoon, I was robbed of all of my possessions in front of my eyes while alone with my toddler. I didn't have any basics such as nappies, contact lenses, medication, all our clothes, nothing. We lost irreplaceable things such as my husbands work laptop, hard drives with years worth of work, and memories, camera, my watch, a huge list. It absolutely violated and devastated us. Now after a 6 week delay in responding, which they blame on covid (perhaps you need more staff? Covid's been ongoing for nearly 3 years) have said they are rejecting my claim, due to my belongings being unattended. This is incorrect, and not factual and I suggest they read the police report again. Quick enough to take my money for insurance and trying to find any reason to not pay out.

   DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Absolutely terrible company. We were left stuck abroad and delayed 5 days. I have submitted a claim and we haven't heard anything back. Do not use this company complete waste of time and money. Claim now submitted over a month ago we are due £200 per person as per the policy states. Please respond asap.

   Terrible experience when claiming. Still fighting for a claim in 2021 and the excuses of we'll get back to you when we can due to high demand is very poor - general lack of response to emails and demand not to call in. I won't be recommending or using this company again.

   Great service! We travelled to Majorca in May this year and chose Now for our travel insurance. It was very straight forward and quick to set up. Good customer service and felt as though we were covered by a great company if unfortunately anything were to happen.
