   Ian, Graham and Sam spent a week at our house installing our new Daikin Air Con units. They are all fantastic and such unbelievably nice people. They are perfectionist and have installed the units at such a high quality. Ian spent so much time at our house before and at the end of the install. Firstly ensuring he knew exactly what we wanted and what was required of the job and lastly ensuring the system was working perfectly before he left. It was genuinely a pleasure having them in our house and I could not recommend them enough to anyone considering getting air con installed in their home. Thank you all for the hard work and final product!

Ian, Graham, Sam and the entire installation team managed to fit 10 units in just 7 days, delivering an incredibly neat, efficient and high-quality job. They were professional, polite, hardworking and genuinely funny – I was honestly sorry to see them go, and I actually miss their company! A huge thank you to Jodie in the office for her patience, organisation and spot-on admin. Every query we had was handled quickly and clearly, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Special mention to Ian, who was always on hand, visiting as often as he could before the project began and making sure everything was planned perfectly. I truly could not recommend Crystal Air Conditioning more. They are some of the hardest-working people I’ve ever met and absolutely deserving of a full 5-star review. If you’re considering air conditioning, look no further.

   Great service from Ian and the team in the supply and fitting of the Daikin a/c unit in our bedroom. Ian provided first rate advice and guidance pre-sale and during the site survey. Graham and Sam were very polite and respectful ensuring the kept the areas clean throughout the fitting. Jodie provided excellent support between order and fitting ensuring we had what we needed when we needed it. I would be happy to recommend Crystal to anyone considering an a/c installation based on our experience.

   Ian, Graham, and the team at Crystal Air Conditioning were brilliant from start to finish. A special thanks to Jodie in the office, who helped with the organisation and delivery of the units. Ian was excellent at planning and helped us find the best and most suitable plan to route two external and four internal units. He was careful and professional and ensured there was little disruption to our home. The installation was completed within two days, and the team was professional and tidy throughout. The work looks brilliant, both internally and externally. We're very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

   Ian and the team installed a Daikin multi-split air conditioning system at our house, serving 4 bedrooms and the living room/downstairs. We've been benefitting from its heating function as the winter's arrived, ensuring the nursery stays at a comfortable temperature overnight, while also supporting our gas central heating elsewhere. I'm looking forward to benefitting from a cooler house in the summer too! Every step from quote to installation and completion was really simple. Pricing was competitive and Ian had plenty of ideas for how best to install with minimal visible fuss in each room. The work was completed with minimal mess. I'd happily recommend Crystal Air Conditioning for anyone looking to have a similar system installed.
