   Andrew Lampkin was recommended to me. He cleaned the damaged area to get a thorough look at the car and talked me through what would be required and potential cost. The team completed the work ahead of the agreed schedule and, because I was unable to get to them, they drove the car to me. The car looks as good as new and supported by excellent, friendly service.

   A masterclass in customer service. Mervyn and his team were highly professional friendly, welcoming and clearly walked me through in meticulous detail the step by step repair BodyTec Ltd would be carrying out repairs to our Kia Sportage. Replacement n/s rear door, fit, paint and finish with repair to n/s minor front door lower damage. The finished article is superb. Brand new quality and blended paintwork is stunning.    The bonnet on my Audi A6 was recently damaged by a flying piece of rock on the motorway leaving a big dent and scratch down to primer coat, so I needed to find a body shop to do a repair. I’m really fastidious about keeping my car in the absolute best condition, so after some research decided to get a quote from Bodytec. It wasn’t the cheapest, but for me the quality of repair was important, and I’m pleased to say it was excellent, the colour match was spot on, no visible signs of where the damage was, and the finish matching OEM quality. The team there have great customer focus, with a friendly approach, and clearly have extensive experience. Overall, an excellent job and I’d certainly have no hesitation recommended Bodytec.

   In December 2022 I had a minor car accident and I went at them for help. They offered me support in order to make an insurance claim because I didn’t have the knowledge how to do it. Since then I phoned them many times but the only answer is “ I have to chase it for you, I will be back with a phone” and obviously they have never called back. For me it is a bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

   I have recently used Bodytec for a repair on my wife's Porsche , I was recommended to the company by a friend. I received the quotation the same day as the quote was acceptable. I booked the car in a couple of days later. Bodytec lent me a clean well presented courtesy car , two days later I picked up my car and the work was exemplary. I found the entire process painless the staff were very friendly and helpful . I cannot recommend this company highly enough if any one is looking a a good quality repair at a very fair price .
