If I could give 0 star I would . I sent them an email Tuesday 21st wanting remapping my motorcycle I never got a response they are obviously making enough money they don't care about reponding.
Excellent work from Andy getting my bike set up and running perfectly. Highly recommend these guys, they really know their stuff.
Took a FZR400 rebuild there. Bike was running but lumpy. They got their hands on it and immediately knew the carbs had issues. Set about rebuilding carbs there and then and then getting it running to perfection on the dyno, Tuning as they went. Fantastic knowledge with explanation throughout. Simply couldn’t fault it. 100% use again when needed.
I had a Virago 535 that was weak in power and bucked like a mule, the guys at Dynotech diagnosed the bikes many issues and now my bike is running better than ever, it's likes it's a new machine. Two weeks later the machine stopped working and I have struggled to any communication from them, the phone just rings out and they do not respond to e-mails. after finally reaching them I get the bike to them, they quote me over the phone and I agree and ask them to proceed, at the end of play the following day they complete the job but tell me by e-mail, that the price has gone up, which I find is unethical and a poor business practice, they should have told me before completing the job. they might know what they are doing with a bike, but they have no idea how to run a business and I have no trust in them as people.
These guys are amazing, very knowledgeable and great customer service. I have to admit, just like other reviews have mentioned - they are a nightmare to get hold of on the phone or email, however, that is because they're working hard on each job... also, they cannot hear the phone ringing when they're inside their Rolling Dyno but trust me well recommended!
As others have said they don't often answer the phone or answer emails but if you persevere you will eventually get through and from then on all will be totally great, these guys really know their onions which is why they are always so busy. I regularly get my engines tested and set up here and I'm always completely delighted
MOTed and adjusted some things on my 70's z50a after its rebuild so it could be road registered. Taking it back this year for the same :) They were very helpful, full of good advice, and very quick!
