   I had such a great experience with George from GA Motors. From the moment I described the issue George knew exactly what was going on because his knowledge and experience speaks for itself. He was super accommodating too, managing a same day call out and coming to my house which made everything so much easier for me on an already very stressful day! George is one of the friendliest and most down to earth mechanics I’ve ever met. He explained everything clearly in a way I understood (and I know nothing about cars!) he worked quickly and you can tell he really cares about doing a proper job. It’s such a relief to find someone so trustworthy and reliable. His service was truly outstanding and I’d highly recommend GA Motors to anyone who needs a brilliant mobile mechanic. I’ll definitely be calling George again!

   Poor Reliability & Unprofessional Service – Avoid GA Motors! I booked GA Motors (mobile mechanic in Reading, RG31 6SA) last week to repair my van, but the service was extremely disappointing. Despite confirming the appointment, they failed to show up and ignored my calls. When I finally got through, they casually told me they wouldn’t be available for another week—with no apology or urgency. This mechanic wasted three weeks of my time, leaving me without a working vehicle. Their lack of communication, unreliability, and unprofessional attitude show they don’t respect customers’ time. Do not trust them with your repairs—find someone more honest and dependable!

   Can't recommend more! I messaged him one afternoon asking if he could help and by the evening he had come to take a look & came back 2 days later to fix it! Very good prices & George explained the problem to me, even showed me how much the part would cost. He showed me the broken part at the end and explained why it had caused a problem for my car! Very friendly & easy to talk to, will definitely be coming back to George in the future! Thanks so much!

   Has worked on my car multiple times. I trust George Austin with my car. His prices are fair and he goes that extra mile if he finds issues. I had loose bolts and he went around and torqued them up for me. On another occasion he was able to save me £40 as he found out that my car didn't end up needed some work I thought was required. Top Bloke!
