   I recently had the pleasure of working with Wesley Young's Heating & Plumbing Services for boiler issues which was an emergency one . From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Wesley was punctual, professional, and clearly explained the work that needed to be done and suggested better solutions.    Fantastic service from Wes to fix the plumbing to the new kitchen mixer tap which had a faulty Flexi hose. Wes had to come back to fix the leak and got the job done. Very polite, professional, knowledgeable and jolly! Highly recommended and glad he's not too far for me.

   Wow! What a guy! I had a leak that at least 6 other guys couldn’t locate. No hot water and central heating had never been efficient or working well. Wes was the ONLY guy who didn’t give up. He eventually located the leak after many many hours and eureka hot water. Then he came back and overhauled my central heating and my bungalow is now toasty warm Cannot recommend Wes highly enough.

   Very experienced, professional and helpful! Had a leak from our hot water cylinder, a part needed replacing, called the insurance company and they sent us their plumber, who did not know how to fix the problem and only made things worse. At the end after 4 days with a leak and no hot water, we were told that the part could not be replaced without breaking the cylinder, which would cost us more than £700 for a new one. I asked my lovely neighbours for help and to recommend a good plumber and was given Wes Young's name. He came and fixed everything in less than 3 hours, obviously had the right tools, knowledge and experience and even managed to repair the damage on the cylinder, done by the previous plumber so that it did not need replacing, which saved us more than £500. Would highly recommend as he did a great job! Thank you, Wes!

   Wes Young was recommended to me by a neighbour (Ryan) - we both had Range Powermax boilers which have a repuatation for being difficult to work on (British Gas engineers won't touch them). Wes serviced & maintained my Powermax for a number of years and it's still running well today. He's extremely knowledgeable & helpful. More recently, when my tenanted flat had no heating or hot water he came out the same evening & at short notice and got the boiler's seized pump working again using spares in his van. I have now cancelled my British Gas Homecare agreement & will rely on Wes going forward.

   We wanted to replace a modern radiator with a traditional cast iron style item to match our redecorated hallway so got in touch with Wes. I'm pleased to say he was a pleasure to have in the house and fitted the new rad without any issue. Highly recommended and will certainly use in the future.

   I can't rate Wes highly enough. I've known a lot of plumbers in my time but Wes is by far the most professional, reliable and knowledgeable out there. His work is of the highest quality and he's got a wonderfully positive attitude. I would not look elsewhere for any plumbing job no matter how big or small. Wes also tries to find the most cost efficient solution. Recently he fixed my dad's 30 year old Potterton boiler in less than an hour after another plumber spent 3 hours unable to diagnose the problem. He also resurrected the central heating system and installed a shower pump in one of my properties - both jobs spot on!

   Very impressed with the service we received today from Wes . His Knowledge & understanding of boilers is second to none . We have had 2 other forms look at the boiler in last few months . Wes was meticulous in looking for the fault and adamant he could get it running again as only 4 year old boiler . After couple of hours full service loads parts removed cleaned and put back together , Iv just had my first warm shower in a few days . A true expert In his field , highly rated and really good local guy . Very happy customers Ollie & Emma
