   Received a call from Nigel having entered my details online. Being a single mum I wasn’t sure what was best; I was advised on all options available for me. All info was sent to me via email for my perusal and this was followed up with a call. Nigel was very professional, not pushy at all!    I have a 1 year old son so know I needed some insurance in case anything happened to me. I enquired through their website and received a call. The advice offered was clear and made very simple. I believed that they genuinely had my best interests in mind when offering a solution. I was sent an email and given time to decide which policy to opt for. There was no pressure and at no point did I feel rushed or obligated. Policies taken out and very happy with service received. Would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

   I enquired for some quotes and got a call back the same day. They were extremely helpful and recommended me the best options and quotes for my circumstances. I wanted to change from my past insurer due to issues trying to get in contact, however over the last 6 months of using now Insured Life I will never look back. Never have issues getting in contact, any worries or questions I have get answered honestly and quickly and also the friendliest and most understanding insurer I’ve spoken to.    Perfect service I was unsure as to what I needed but knew I had no cover in place, with a young family and a semi-secure job. I spoke with Nigel who took his time to understand my needs. He then went away and worked on a solution that protected my family in the event of me dying, suffered a serious illness and just as importantly, if I was signed off work. He was not pushy, fully understood my needs and was a pleasure to do business with. I would not hesitate recommending him to friends and family in the future.    Abysmal service. Was offered a free fitbit after 3 payments which I have to this day 8 months later not received, I was accused of making no payments, had to send in supporting bank statements and even after proving my payments I still have not to this day received my reward, The phones just ring then go through to a voicemail and nobody gets back to me.
