I love the pottery here and my family have been customers for generations and decades. My grandparents, parents and siblings are all lovers of this establishment. The only thing l must say is letting it down is the lack of flavor in the food and the lunch area could use with upgrading the tables.

Visited the gardens today. Although late in the season the colours were amazing! I can't quite believe it's managed by so few people. Wonderful shop, amazing pottery with such a wide range of designs.

I visited in late July and the garden was a riot of colour from a high bank of ‘hot’ perennials to deep formal beds of annuals that had been grown from seed. I wish I could come back and see the sun flowers and dahlias later in the year. Linking the 2 sections was an avenue of pleached trees that was softer pinks. All this and a huge shop selling pottery toys and gifts plus a large and popular tearoom. Definitely worth a revisit.

I had never been here before, so decided to pop in and see what it's like. There is a great range of pottery etc and a large cafe. The food looked amazing. Really liked the look of the quiche, but I have not long had lunch, so didn't want to overeat. I tried the scone with cream and jam. Amazing. Wow. I will be back with some friends.

Visited Aston Pottery specifically for an afternoon tea with my daughter. When I booked they were very accommodating as I don't like brioche buns so asked if I could have sandwiches instead. The sandwiches, sausage roll, scones and cakes were amazing and all the staff were really lovely. Good coffee also. Will be going back and plan on taking my grandchildren as they do children's lunch boxes.

Tea and scones never fail to satisfy. Of course, the surrounding garden with their gorgeous flowers are a delight.

We came to the pottery mainly because the pottery garden that day was opened by the National Garden Scheme NGS. But as the café was there, it made sense to have a bite. They had some delicious salads and quiches and we had a perfectly nice lunch. The pottery shop was also worth a visit with some fantastic and beautifully decorated items.

What a lovely place! As a maker I can appreciate the time that goes into some of the products that are sold here, therefore understand the pricing of great quality goods. If by the time you are half way round you are hungry then a stop in the cafe for lunch is a must, with large portions of lovely food all made on site you will be revived for round two of shopping for beautiful gifts.
