   Its great being able to book in store with Tui and actually speak to someone and they book your holiday. Its good having the Tui staff help, advice, support and guidance. Far too much is pushed online and we are missing the in person service. All the staff are very helpful and give great advice and support. Definitely recommend booking your holidays here

   Vicki was helpful, friendly and very easy to deal with. She called back when she said she would and was very patient assisting with the booking. It would be better if you could use holiday vouchers and book the nhs discount online though as generally I prefer to book online however Vicki was so lovely to deal with.

   I went into the Congleton, CHESHIRE store yesterday, i was served by Donna who I'd previously spoke to on the phone. She was amazing from start to finish. Ensured we booked a holiday to suit our needs going above and beyond. It was nice to speak to and deal with a pleasant person instead of online bookings. Kerry very kindly went through my options and mentioned that her colleague, Carly, had recently holidayed there.    We have booked our holidays through TUI Congleton for the last few years and always got really good service. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Kerry has looked after us and got to know us which means she has a really good idea of what suits us and is always willing to advise. Even last year when our flights were delayed Kerry supported us as best she could to get out compensation and stuck with us while we navigated the online compensation platform. I really can’t praise them enough I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you TUI Congleton.
