Naomi in the Newcastle Staffs branch was excellent and helped us so much, she is an exceptional member of staff. The only negative I would have of this store is the amount of staff. Two staff during the summer is a poor effort in achieving effective customer service. The staff who were present, excellent, just need more of them.
Katie & Georgia have been amazing. This will be our 1st holiday abroad with 2 young toddlers so wanted to make sure it’s as magical as we can. They listened to what we needed & wanted, acknowledged the detail, called us back when promised & catered for every little detail like flight times & 2 different kids clubs. We will 100% book our holidays again with them with confidence & recommend wherever we can. Thankyou so much ladies x
I would definitely recommend using this branch of TUI for any holiday bookings. We have been using this branch for many years now, both pre pandemic, during, (when allowed) and since. The team of girls who work here are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Katie, Allison and Naomi get special mentions as they have been the main ones who we have had made our bookings with. Any questions or problems are dealt with, without hesitation, always answered, and always solved. I hope I,m not tempting providence here, but we already have this years holiday booked, and we are both confident that we will thoroughly enjoy it. Absolutely fantastic team and a wealth of experience, Sarah initially dealt with me, I was looking for a holiday to Mexico, nothing was too much trouble. Sarah explained the different areas of Mexico and we agreed on a resort and Hotel, when it came to book Sarah was off so Katie took over my booking, again went through everything, what I needed for visiting, tips, downloaded the TUI app, fantastic experience you just don't get with a Internet booking.
