I recently booked and went on a city break to Krakow. Emma and Joanne made great recommendations. Actually had support and help from all the staff most had been to Krakow so we’re able to make good recommendations. Great holiday and it is the third I have booked there his year. Great travel agent and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Won't be trusting again. Ended up there because a certain someone thought they were travel experts and not keyboard jockeys. We asked for 4 days in central Porto, with the tourist areas in short walking distance. We ended up in the most basic hotel, with the prospect of walking 1hr20 down to the river! The hotel serves the local main hospital so isn't really setup for British tourists, neither are the awful restaurants nearby. We also somehow ended up paying through the nose for flights at the most inconvenient hours. All for the bargain price of £1100 for 2 people 4 nights! The hotel was only €85 a night per room, so we paid ~£370 each for easyJet flights. Feel absolutely mugged.
Thanks to Chloe, Megan and their colleagues for our relaxing, completely trouble-free, 5 day holiday in Krakow; flights, hotel and prebooked tours (which proved to be invaluable as they were all excellent and saved on queueing time) were booked and confirmed in the shortest time imaginable. They even offered to check in for us. We live nowhere near Barrhead Travel in Newcastle under Lyme but they were so helpful and super efficient responding to our calls and emails. Their relaxed, amiable confidence was such a reassurance considering we booked on impulse. Recommend.
