What can I say they are Brilliant always helpful when I need it even if I already owe them along as I don't go over my budget I can top it up
Used them a few times, they definitely do help when struggling. Only downside is the interest added, but gotta do what ya gotta do.
1st time since the merger with Chesterfield credit union, I was a little worried about how easy it would be due to it being so close to Xmas but I applied and on the 2nd day my approval email came through. Will definitely use them in the future. Thanks
Absolutely disgusting. Had a loan of £1000 .got told the payments would be £70.09 a month. So set up a standing order for that amount.Looked at it and it's weekly. And to top it all it says 2024. Dont know if you have calendars but it's now 2025. Couldn't understand you kept asking me to set this standing order up so you would release the money even though I,ve been paying £50 a week for a long time now. That adds upto £200 a month.
Highly recommended bank. Simple to use most importantly real humans on the end of the phone . So nice to be able to get reassurance that the service you require has gone through with the confirmation of a kind voice on the phone. Excellent service in all areas used , never had a problem.

I think that's one of my favourite things about it. Also, the website is easy to use. Everything is simple to understand and the rates are competitive. Highly recommended.

Used these for about 4 years now and never had an issue. My loans are always approved very quickly and payment is usually the same day I'm approved if I sign my form quick enough. Never had an issue when calling up about money in my savers account or my share 1 account either and can't transfer my money out from my share 1 account easily. Its lovely they have a savings account on there for you also that they put money in to every week out of your money because it helps you to save up.
