Suzanne was extremely understanding of my mother’s circumstances and went above and beyond to help and accommodate her needs. The level of care and service provided was outstanding. Equity release was a daunting prospect at first, but Suzanne made the entire process clear and manageable, taking the time to guide my mother through every step.
