We initially struggled to understand all the in’s and outs of our pensions but David was brilliant at explaining in easy terms. Very friendly and patient.    I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. We saw David Hulland for a review of my husband's future pension. He went to a lot of trouble to explain things to us, even using hand drawn diagrams and graphs to help us understand the complexities of pension funds. His advise was to leave things as they were. My husband was not charged for this very helpful and informative 45 minute appointment. It was refreshing to deal with such an honest organisation.

   I had never used Brian Mole's services previously, although was aware that they have been in Burton for many many years. After a change in circumstances, I needed some future financial planning advice and a review of my pensions. I have been given excellent advice and guidance by David Hulland, as well as some clear education in layman's terms on areas of finances that I had not experienced before. David was patient and took time to explain anything I wasn't clear on. I was given plenty of information, which was all printed out for me to take away and consider in my own time. There was no pressure at any stage to take out any particular type of product or investment, and in fact we have agreed to delay my plans and review again another few months, and this was no issue at all. All staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and in particular my advisor David Hulland.
