I have been booking my holidays with Lauren from Barrhead for 15 years! Always very helpful and gets me exactly what my family wants! During Covid our Florida holiday was cancelled and Lauren handled everything and had our money refunded without us having to do anything! The paperwork and information provided by Barrhead is fantastic and we have never experienced any problems on any holiday or directly with the team! Recently had to change our 2023 holiday and again done quickly and smoothly! The ability to pay for your holiday and keep check on the balance due online is also a great feature also!
