   Review for Nathan Thompson What can I say, Nathan truly has the patience of a Saint. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise and calm approach were outstanding.    I honestly can’t recommend Martin Binns enough. From the start he was clear, responsive and, most importantly, completely non-judgemental. I found him at a time where I thought I had no options, thinking I’d never be approved anywhere due to my poor credit and a heinous amount of debt. I was really embarrassed and felt so so stupid for getting into this mess but he never once made me feel awkward about it and I didn’t feel judged at any point. Along with that, he really put the graft in (I mean REALLY) – going through all the details with me and looking at every possible option until we found the right way forward. Thanks to him, I’ve been able to use the equity in my house to pay off debts that had been hanging over me, and it’s completely changed (and honestly, probably saved) my life. If you’re unsure or feel nervous about taking the step to help yourself get out of a similar mess, do it – it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, and Martin was the perfect person to help me through it, I promise you can’t faze him and he’ll fight your corner the whole way.

   My wife and I would just like to thank Mike, Adam and anyone else who was involved in helping us to remortgage this year. With the constant uncertainty surrounding the current financial market, with high interest rates and the general cost of living concerns, let alone the usual worries around remortgaging, it was a relief to have the team at Finance Advice Centre guiding us along the way. Mike and Adam were both very quick to respond to any queries we had and were able to give us insight on the options we had available. They provided clear and transparent figures which enabled us to choose the best option that will hopefully see us better off over the term of our new mortgage. They communicated with the solicitors working for our new mortgage provider and followed up to make sure the paperwork was completed and sent back on time.    This is 5-star service! First time we've used Finance Advice Centre. I have to say what a breath of fresh air! Unbelievable work. I contacted the Nathan Thompson in the Finance Advice Centre as I was having difficulties securing a mortgage offer for my daughter as a first-time buyer. Nathan went above and beyond would be an understatement. He went out of his way to secure us the best deal and kept us updated regularly.
