   Can’t fault John in anyway shape or form, he communicated with me before the date of departure and again on the day of arrival, he tracked our flight, which was good as we had a bit of a delay, where a previous company didn’t track so tried to charge me extra because we were an hour delayed. But never had any issues like this with John and will 100 % use again.

   This is my second booking with John. Once again exceptional service. When discussing this booking John explained that he wasn't able to make to first run to Birmingham Airport. But had another driver put into the booking Pete. Pete was brilliant as well on the first run. I spoke to Pete a few days before the flight, to get everything into place. On time comfortably ride pleasant conversion. So John has picked me up from Birmingham Airport today. Very informative about the flight coming back from Bucharest to Birmingham. Once in Birmingham within no time at all we were our way! Again brilliant/efficient service and great conversation. I look forward to booking with him again. 5 star service.

   Fantastic Service! John was absolutely brilliant, communicated throughout so we knew times well in advance, confirmed arrival and called beforehand. Very relaxed drive to the airport arrived in plenty of time. When we landed home John was there to greet us no issues no problems absolutely fantastic service! Cannot recommend enough! We have booked again and will for all our holidays!

   John was very professional. He responded to my messages quickly and was always happy to help. As John was transporting my 14year old without me, he put my mind at ease and made him feel comfortable chatting to him on the journey. Very accommodating of all my requests even at short notice. I had been let down on 3 occasions by another firm who accepted the advanced booking and thought it acceptable to turn up 30 mins late, leaving a child vulnerable. John was a breath of fresh air turning up on time and pleasant in the process. Cannot recommended him highly enough. Thanks and keep up the great service.
