Russel replaced a sand filter last year and has carried out pool servicing this summer. We received excellent service, and our has never looked so good. Thoroughly recommended .
Last summer Russell came to investigate a potential leak and a chemical imbalance with the pool. He took a lot of time to test areas for the leek, resolved it and changed the sand in the filter. The results have been great. The best impact was opening the pool this year it was clear and water level had not changed. A great relief and no more throwing chemicals at the problem. A great job well done. He was also able to source an electrician to change the timer
Very professional service ,he not only helped with big projects but also small touches like test strips with equal care and friendliness. They are passionate about pools and spas and it shows. What impressed me most was the willingness to not only fix pools but also to consult and give help over the phone or in person ,great team,A1 service!

Never got as far as using this company as I never heard back from voicemails or emails. Shame... initial phone conversation was very promising.
