The cancellations are more than the lessons. Absolutely no continuity for my daughter’s lessons and for sure I wouldn’t recommend them. Last minute cancellations were a lot when we were there at the venue already. Disappointing customer service ! Try elsewhere to go..
If you want your child to learn how to swim don’t choose water babies.They are cancelling around 70% of the lessons with stupid reasons and with few hours notice before lessons are starting.
Please be aware that this location have NO personal belong storage area at all, they are expecting you to leave on pool side which is wet, and not responsible to that. Very limited changing facility as well, not recommend
Don’t do it. If you can do classes during work days the join your local leisure centre pool. Otherwise look for other private swimming classes. Water babies cancelled 30% of classes over 9 months. This means that there are big gaps between sessions. Inconsistency is not good for small babies. They don’t progress well at all, some babies get upset after long gaps. The staff are completely unreliable. Company is unprofessional. We get emails telling us staff had an accident, staff had Ct scan in the hospital, family is unwell, etc etc. Every excuse you can come up with. Clients are expected to sympathise with staff drama. It really makes no sense. If your electrician dont show up for the third time as expected they don’t write to you ‘the most important thing electrician is well’. No, they just send you another one. Because quite frankly nobody cares about this when you don’t get a service you pay for. And water babies charge lots for the poor service they provide. Facilities are terrible ! There are no changing rooms. None! You have to change your baby on the floor or on some hospital like beds with curtains. No lockers. No bins for nappies. And yes, I complained to management. Their response is that they refund the fee for those cancelled sessions.
