   My daughter who is 5 has one to one lessons With Fern at the Novotel Reading. She is amazing. My daughter was lacking in confidence and a complete non swimmer but after 5 lessons she can float unaided and swim a few metres unaided and is so much more confident. Fern makes the lessons fun and engaging and because it is 1 to 1 my daughter has made accelerated progress. I cannot recommend highly enough x

   I am having 1:1 lessons in Reading with Fern. She is the most patient teacher I could hope for. As a learner, aged over 70, I am very fearful of water and really struggle to have confidence in myself. I know with Fern's kind structured support I will one day achieve my goal.

   I have been a customer of Swimexpert since July or August 2022. I love coming in for my lessons as my instructor, Caren is amazing. I'm giving a 2-star review as they have cancelled my lessons twice or thrice within 24-hour notice, the last one even just few hours before my scheduled lesson. Also, when I had to cancel due to medical reasons (my GP prohibited me from doing any exercise until further tests are done - on the same day that my GP told me this, I had a booked swimming lesson), this is not valid for a refund / return of missed lesson. This was very frustrating, and customer service did not really help.
