I was at the pharmacy today about 12.30 and was served by the loveliest lady. I didn't see her name but I left with a smile on my face

They did not have my prescription yesterday so they ordered my item, telling me I would have it the next day. The next day: I received a phone call from a helpful young man informing me my prescription was ready. I greatly appreciated this. Not only was it ready, but they have organised it to be reordered in a month's time. Extremely helpful. Very much improved service from Boots (Scotstown Road-BOD).

I have been to this branch a couple of times. The staff are not in the least helpful. Guess OK for repeat perscriptions. Not that I use them.

Never had a issue here, staff are all lovely and medication usually ready on time, i get a text to let me know when its ready to collect and other times when its been on the day prescibed by doctor, i can either wait for it or come back later. The attitude of some of these reviews is disgusting you do realise you have a choice of which pharmacy you can use. It's a small chemist covering a large population of course they going to have delays getting medication or need to order in for next day especially if everyone is as demanding as you lot sound!! I've been in the pharmacy queue and people tutting and eye rolling at staff and speaking to them like rubbish when they trying to help you. Everyone so entitled these days. Boots you are doing a wonderful job, providing a great service

Staff are rude , all huddle away talking donβt come to front desk ! Prescription sent from doctor e mailed to them 2 days ago and they still hadnβt checked there e mails ! Shocking service ! I no longer use them ! Go to Asda Pharmacy bod they all so helpful. Something needs to be done here , there are enough of them behind counter so why arenβt they checking e mails coming in ! I had to phone my doctor surgery while in there to check they had sent it and they said yes and gave me the time sent then they said oh yes weβve got it ! Shambles of a pharmacy !

Terrible staff who wear masks, put on false smiles. I collect medication on a weekly basis. They look at people lilike me as second class citizens. I'm a recovering addict. I've been going to various chemist's for a few years . This is the worst! Service is slow, communication between Dr surgery's and them is shocking. Always blaming each other. Customers enter looking for prescription, and always told to come back or they know nothing about any prescription mentioned. Shocking. T

Tried to phone 200 times always engaged only to find out when they are busy the phone is taken off the hook. Only 2 friendly staff Iβve came across is Gordon and the lady with the blonde hair sorry bad with names but she seems to be in the ball and is always organising the chemist

Tried to phone the pharmacy. Tried from quarter to 10 until half 3 in the afternoon. Twice it was engaged but otherwise no one answered- a total of 25 attempts before having to go into the store to ask about a prescription which didnβt happen to be there ( perhaps the fault of the surgery) but doesnβt explain not answering the phone. Counted 4 people working there. So disappointing.

Bad place to get your meds even if it's not a new script and. It should be made up in advance. But you will be getting told to wait half a hour. This isn't a one off always a excuse about being understaffed. Even though there is 4 to 5 members behind the counter. Also not very people friendly bad overall. Following week go back and what you know have to wait another half hour. That's with phoning a hour and half before I went to chemist. Staff need to sort there self out. Like I said 5 to 6 staff and can't put a prescription out on time ever. Why is this

Very very busy for such a small shop. Staff are very very hard working but queues are almost constant. If you don't need to use this boots then I would recommend another or leaving plenty of time.
