Went in for a simple deworm tablet to be presented with twenty questions and sent back to the murdering GPS for advice... Waste of time and I'm still irritated I know what's wrong because it's happened before so now I spend the rest of the weekend in irritation...
Only ever dealt with them on the phone. Genuine and excellent customer service and prompt dispatch of prescriptions.
Have only had good experience at this pharmacy over the past 6 months or so. Staff are all very helpful and friendly - Louise - whom I seem to deal with quite a lot for help with my husbands prescriptions, is so very helpful, and she goes above and beyond to solve any problems for us. Great little store, I wish I stayed nearer or I would be in there every day for all their little bargains on sale. Thanks for a great service.
Although staff appear friendly it's not the best pharmacy, twice i went to collect prescriptions on two separate occasions and both times I was told that the items had to be ordered and to come back the next afternoon. On both occasions I went back only to be told that the items still wasn't in. Leaving me without my items that I need regularly, over the weekend too. One of my items is very popular so I don't understand why they didn't have that in stock. I know first hand that deliveries are daily and by Phoenix. So they either they lie about ordering the items or they just don't care and take their sweet time in making up the prescriptions. If it wasn't for the fact that it is the only pharmacy that is close I would be using a better one. Like davidsons.

Can the owners please tell me me how service can get so bad this is the absolute worst chemist I have ever been to seems to be a hell of a lot of incompetence laziness no care for the job no care for the customers absolute shocking waiting time I could fill up with so much more complaints

Go elsewhere. I would give this pharmacy zero stars rating if available. Incompetent, flustered staff in a small, cluttered workspace. Through sheer negligence they lose prescriptions. An unacceptable queue time of upto 30 minutes only to be told it will be "another 25."
