Lloyds will apparently be shutting all Sainsburyβs pharmacies in 2023 & are now struggling to find any staff whoβll work in them. Lloyds have chosen to not notify customers of unscheduled closures which has lead to customers (like me) being without medication multiple times. The permanent staff who have been at this branch have never been nothing but nice to me, but it is clear to see the pressure theyβre under and the poor working practices Lloyds have put them under. Redundancy is awful, but Iβm hoping itβll end up being an improvement for the staff as they deserve better.

I shop here on a regular basis, it's my local place for groceries. There are always horrific queues for this pharmacy ( it sits within a Sainsbury's store). I've personally experienced long waits. Most of the time I drive over to the Bridge of Don and find a pharmacy there to get what I need. There's faster and better service elsewhere. The reviews are right, this is a shockingly bad pharmacy. Go elsewhere, you'll save yourself time and stress.

Unable to find the chemist due to the bewildering and uncomprehensible name of this place. Grandma's dead 'cause of y'all.

This used to be a fantastic pharmacy before Lloyds took over now it is an utter shambles. You can't even get your prescription medicine on time.

Horrible service. They asked me to wait for the pharmacist for 15 minutes. I waited for 40 minutes but because they were closing they proceeded to kick me out. I waited for no reason and they should have said something if they were not going to help me. I would have the time to go to another pharmacy and get the medication I neededβ¦

This used to be a good pharmacy before Lloyds took over. The hours are now unpredictable (frequent early closing, some days not open at all) while the service is consistently abysmal; this is often blamed on a lack of staff, new computer systems or a reliance on locums (temporary staff) which would all be understandable if it was only for a few months. The fact is this pharmacy has been this poor for years now and despite it being the closest to where I live I now choose to go out of my way in order to use a different pharmacy instead.

Awful! No idea what is going on here! New computer system is not excuse as been like this for months! Sad really as used to be first class! Iβm assuming itβs the system in place as the Staff are really lovely & I feel for them. Canβt be easy for them either!

We went there with a french doctor prescription during our holidays because my girlfriend got impetigo and needed urgently an antibiotic cream. After an hour of translation and silly questions, they finally asked us to make our doctor send the prescription by postal services knowing we were traveling around Scotland..The most unprofessional and inefficient pharmacy I've ever seen! Furthermore they were exactly as described in the previous comment, they absolutely don't know how to manage a pharmacy!

My husband called in friday about 5pm my prescription was not ready, so was told it would be about 40 minutes he had been working all day he said he would call back Saturday. He returned 2pm waited in a queue again 40 minutes to be told not all my meds were made up, they were going through the list A-Z and didn't know how long it would before it was ready, he came home with what he had. Surely the prescription should of been ready as they had till closing Friday night and 5 hours of Saturday needless to say we had to go Sunday and wait another 40 minutes in a queue again. When I got to the front I explained what had happened and got shut down with I don't get paid enough for this. On Saturday they shut at 5pm for ? They had a lovely black lady who was the pharmacist and 2 ladies at the desk, it seems the pharmacist and another lady have now left sadly, I am not sure if I will go back to Lloyds again, I can't stand the hassle.
