   Since the start of the year I’ve had nothing but problems, after being put on another medication the Tesco auto renew prescription have been more hassle than worth. Supposed to get messages to say prescriptions are ready, I don’t anymore. Number of time I’ve went off my own back and they’ve told me I need to go to doctors to get a prescription, go to doctors for them to say it’s auto renew, which it used to be and never had a problems before. Website says 8pm close today, I go and they are shut and told me to get an emergency supply from Asda if I still have the box. Which I don’t because I only have tonight medication which means I will now be skipping a day of medication because I’m working the Sunday and have no one to collect it. It’s a complete joke now and it’s got completely sloppy and unsupportive along the way. Can’t even blame some of the employees because some are lovely and some are just uncaring and unbothered. Need to look at how your system is managed because every time, without fail this year, it’s never been straight forward like it used to be.

   Visited the pharmacy today regarding a minor issue I had. I was seen by the very pleasant pharmacist straight away and within 10/15 minutes she had made out a prescription for me. I use the pharmacy regularly and always find the staff friendly and helpful.
