   Worst pharmacy I've ever heard of had to get emergency prescription for my son yesterday went to collect and they was closed even though my doctor told me its open and online it said it was open so child had to suffer in pain all night after three operations, the next day as in "today" went there at disclosed opening time to be met with a line and the place still closed and waiting in line staff then turned up late and once I finally got to speak to them they said sorry few hours phone back we haven't even looked at your kids prescription in a rude manner I then call again to be told can't get them so my son is currently in severe pain with no pain killers and we now have to get him in to a and e and he is getting put on drip! Please avoid this place like the plague! This isn't the first time I have had problems and many others!

   The staff are rude and not helpful the time you have to wait for medication is shocking and they never answer the phone

   Been using this pharmacy for years, definitely ran better when it was run by sainsbury. Elizabeth and Tracey seemed to have the place running well, obviously with the help of other staff. Now have been let down with my cms for the second time. I phoned on Friday to be told it had run out, Dr's surgery was shut so phoned today to be told its up to chemist to get in contact to renew cms. Phoned chemist, said they would sort it as Dr's surgery said there was still one prescription on my cms that was 11.05am at 5.15pm still hadn't heard from them. Phoned them to be told no pharmacist since 3.00pm they shut at 9.00pm ridiculous no one can dispense anything for 6 hours. Will wait for phone call tomorrow or maybe have to phone them again!!!! Thank you for your help Lisa

   The pharmacy is open but can do nothing because there is no pharmacist working this afternoon and this evening shocking what a joke but not funny poor show.

   The staff was nice, can’t complain about that, but the waiting time is unbelievable. My boyfriend went there today for something I need because I was in pain at home, but he got told after he handed in the note from the dentist that he needs to come back in AN HOUR. I mention we live 2 miles away from this, so yes it was pretty bad. He came home, stayed for 20 mins and then headed there again, just for them to tell him THAT HE NEEDS TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 minutes. I don’t understand if that is supposed to be a joke or a real pharmacy.

   Pharmacy completely under staffed and overwhelmed. Find staff rude and unhelpful. Have to take 10 pills per day and get regular prescription's which I email in a week in advance of requirement and the medication is never ready and I am told to wait! Last time it took over an hour this time I waited 20 mins to be told it would still be another half hour and I was unable to wait. The place is a complete shambles but it seems all the Lloyds Pharmacy’s seem to have the same reputation………
