   Terrible pharmacy, rude abrupt staff. I had been using this pharmacy for about 7 months. I had ran out of my anxiety medication so I called to see if my Perscription was ready they said no try back after 12, I called back after 12 to be told abruptly “they have nothing for me” I called my gp surgery to ask about my Perscription and they said they had emailed it over to this pharmacy so it should be there. I called the pharmacy back to get told again “there is nothing here for you” I was getting annoyed and upset and feeling unwell because I needed this medication, so I called and spoke to my gp and my gp called the pharmacy to tell them where to look for this Perscription on their system. I then had to wait 3 days for them to get this Perscription ready! Awful pharmacy I have since moved pharmacies and the one I deal with now are much more helpful and polite! No need for such horrible abrupt staff!!!

   bad service, patients who are very poorly attended, do not look for prescriptions in emails, they should change staff, improve the quality of care because there are people who do not want to work or care for patients. when we do through super arrogant call.

   Terrible pharmacy I picked up my medication late last week, when I checked the bags on Monday morning they had failed to supply one of the most important tablets I needed for heart failure. I called on the Monday and was told they would provide the tablets and I could pick them up, I went to pick them up today Tuesday and was told I couldn’t get them as they didn’t have a pharmacist one was coming up from Edinburgh some time this afternoon. I was under the impression prescription medication was checked by more than one person so as far as I can see it is just COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE no apology no explanation disgraceful when I complained they all gathered in a pack to defend their incompetence. I have had previous problems with this pharmacy they haven’t got a clue, four or five standing about and the public still have to wait until they can be bothered to serve them. Disgraceful shop disgraceful staff disgraceful company who don’t even answer their complaints telephone number, I shall be contacting the Ombudsman.

   Got to be the worst chemist in Aberdeen. You can wait up to ten minutes just for one of the general sales staff to take you on then up to an hour for one of the pharmacist to make up your prescription. The general sales staff are just down right rude....they all need a good few lessons on customer care or sack them.
