This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever attended. They are knowledgeable, caring and willing to listen. They do everything they possibly can to help.
This pharmacy is the kindest in Aberdeen, Paula has been fantastic to my family over the years, can't recommend more. Just an fyi about opening times, they are always closed between 12.30 and 13.30 regardless of the hours shown on Google maps.
Paula is such a wonderful person. She does more than “just doing her job”. Indeed, she’s an epitome of humanity! Keep it up Paula.

I've been coming here for about a year now, and have had many pleasant interactions with the pharmacy team. They're always very helpful, informative, kind, and also funny. Genuinely lovely people who take pride in their work and go out of their way to be helpful. I know I can ask them anything and mention any concerns and they're always so happy to help and explain things to me. If I could give more stars I would - pharmacies like this have a massive positive impact on their communities and should be celebrated for the work they do.

Brilliant pharmacy. All the pharmacists and staff go above and beyond to help you. When my old GP closed I made sure my new one was linked with Michies when registering.
The pharmcists and most of the staff are very pleaasant knowlegable and helpful people. However thre is one member of staff (she usually wears a whie coat) who works on the till who is very unfriendly and can even be rude. Shame since the pharmacy has such a nice vibe.
This pharmacy is AWESOME! Staff really helped me out when I needed a prescription med but couldn't get it filled elsewhere. Seriously, lovely friendly approach that loads of other places could learn from. Thankyou you bunch of lovely amazing people!
