   Weekly customer 71 yrs young find the pharmacy slow and some of the staff inattentive and bad mannered, they must come close to being the slowest pharmacy in Aberdeen, it's a shame that a couple of the staff let the others down for the good staff are being tarred because of the couple of the bad staff, personally I have waited over 45 mins for a prescription and I was the only person who was in apart from a few who were in and out and one lady mentioned to staff that I was waiting before her and she was served and her comments ignored, I have to use that chemist because of my mobility problem, I have complained on Boots website and received an apology and an excuse that it was either staff shortage or they were busy, one medicine I received on one occasion was meant to be sugar free and I was given the wrong one so I had to go down to get the correct one it was a good job it wasn't a dangerous drug or something worse could have happened, I am not racist in any way but sometimes when a pharmacist who is there surely they should be able to communicate with the customer but on occasion I have had a pharmacist who I couldn't understand her English and had to have the information written out so I could read them at home with my magnifying glass. Worst thing is that the counter assistant will be either through chatting to the other staff or have herself stocking shelves and make you wait until she is ready, bring back the time when the customer was treated as a customer not an annoyance.

   This pharmacy consistently disappoints, from ignorant pharmacists’ advice through unavailability of pharmacist either being late or on their lunch break etc., to a mess on the shelves, floor etc. Seriously this pharmacy needs a good shake up. I’d advise you not to bother, get yourself a bit further away to Davidson’s on Great western road.

   I've been a frequent shopper at this store and generally had positive experiences. However, my recent visit was quite disappointing. We went to buy some items and, when we reached the counter to pay, we noticed some items on offer in a box on the counter. We decided to buy a few of these sale items. When reviewed the receipt at home, I noticed a considerable price discrepancy, one of the items were not discounted as expected. When we returned to the store to address this, the staff member was unhelpful and dismissive. She didn't even bother to check the receipt or the items, simply stating that they might have been misplaced in the sale section. This is unacceptable customer service. Mistakes happen, but it's not the customer's fault and should be handled professionally. The experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.

   Disappointed in the huge drop in customer service !!!!! Stood In line with my goods, then placed on the counter when it was my turn to be served ! But the staff proceeded to serve the Girl behind which is fine but the rest of the staff choose to ignore me ! But seemed to have time to chit chat with the other customer ! A simple acknowledgement would of been all would take to stop me from walking out.

   I have to say this was the first time a British person was able to pronounce my last name right (I'm French) when I picked up my medicine on one occasion. I once got there in a really bad state after returning from the GP, I was barely able to speak and standing on my feet. I remember only being able to stutter words that I mixed up with French words as I was very ill. The lady was extremely polite and patient making sure I wouldn't feel embarassed by the situation. I will be unbiased in my marking and take off one star only because it took Boots months to solve some leaking from the roof and I didn't like being served in a place where you could see tarp everywhere to prevent a flood... However I still consider this particular Boots a very remarkable place to get your medicine and advice when you need them.
