   Poor experience during NHS eye test. Unprofessional attitude, rushed appointment and no clear outcome. Would not recommend this branch. Then I went for an emergency, pain redness of one eye and I was not checked correctly, lacking in my opinion, as a doctor from another country that I am, a bottom of the eye, dilation of pupils also the treatment did not work

   I was in Aberdeen for some shopping for the weekend and I knew I needed a new foundation and I knew exactly where to find it. Boots at Bon accord has a special person called Lesley D who has helped me with my Lancome foundations twice now. Excellent knowledge combined with great humour. Thank you so much :)

   I was in the boots today, because I registered myself for the free smoke programme and my sister wanted to register as well. We were waiting for around 10 minutes for someone to come ,but one of the staff said the farmacist was too busy to take us. There were only 4 customers and 6 members of staff. Why you saying its that busy, how I am supposed to finish my programme if you guys ignore me. The programme is from NHS and it's free, so you need to do your job and care about it. You just ignore people. I come there because I need help, but nobody cares.

   Just paid for an item at the self scanner and walked away then suddenly a horrible older lady with short blonde hair and dog tattoo grabbed and pulled my arm (a tap would have been more than enough) and was very hostile towards me. Good thing I chose to get my receipt printed so I could end the interaction asap, as I can't imagine how awful she would have been otherwise. Clearly a Karen looking for someone to take her attitude out on, as she didn't even apologise when I provided proof. There's a nice way of going about things or even a neutral way. Why choose hostility? I used to work at Boots and would never have been so bold to lay hands on a customer

   The worst pharmacy in all of Aberdeen. They’re the slowest least organised bunch of people I’ve ever met. The smallest simplest thing takes them 30mins+ to complete even when there’s no other customers. You just wait for ages. I’m moving to a different pharmacy cannot stand them

   Boots the pharmacy that don't listen. 2 visits, the first to get a medicine for my persistent cough. "Are you coughing anything up - No" and "is it in your chest - No my throat". The assistant jumped for a bottle on the counter (it didn't have a box) took a spoon from a drawer and sent me on my way. The medicine - for Mucus and a chesty cough - both I didn't have. Back today and spoke to a pharmacist - listening skills not in Boots training I fear. In no way was the assistant wrong as he went on to describe and recommend a different medicine.
