I've been there twice and last time pharmacy staff was inpatient and not helpful at all. I am a foreigner and not 100% aware of how NHS operates yet, this apparently means nothing to this establishment.
Once again script not been ordered Too much turn over of staff, so forever having new assistants that Don't have a clue .
Fantastic staff, friendly and warm service and contradictory to the gossip of our close pharmacy they have not been sold and are definitely not closing
Today shop was closed.REASON NO PHARMACISTS SHOCKING. PEOPLE ARE ON LIFE SAVING MEDICATION SHOCKING SICKING. SHOP SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN
Terrible service. I went to collect an online order. Had a confirmation to say it was there ready for collection. Very clueless staff...(Ditzy springs to mind!) I gave surname and was left while staff member went through the back. Came back and was told "It's not here and we don't do click and collect" Then another staff member came asked my surname again and said" when did you receive email to say order was here?" I told her and she went through the back again and got it....Will definitely not order from this company again..
Huge disappointed with the service they provided. Fifth time to lose my medicine during the past few years, I had to request the prescription again and again from my GP. The staff were chatting and leaving the customer to wait within the store. What a good customer service attitude. If I could, I would mark no star at all.
