   I’m not a native English speaker so I wasn’t confident to speak with people around me. I was worried about this. However, Marie is doing great things to help me improve my English speaking, reading and writing skills. She is a fantastic and very talented tutor. I definitely enjoy my online lessons twice a week with a friendly and supportive teacher who gives me useful advice and tips for dealing with specific English expressions. It’s funny, but I’ve never had a lot of them in my vocabulary. She always knows how to explain whatever I need for better understanding. I’m absolutely relaxed and comfortable during my lessons. I very much appreciate that I have helpful classes with such a lovely person as Marie.

   Since my son (now in year 6) started tuition sessions with Marie six month ago, I have noticed a good improvement in his school work. He is now achieving much better on the subjects covered (Maths abd English). His last year end report showed a good deal of improvement. My son enjoys the tuition sessions as Marie engages him very well and keeps the sessions interactive. Marie is an excellent communicator, always providing me with necessary updates and changes. I recommend Marie as a tutor and grateful to her as she is helping my son grow in confidence.

   Marie has been great at tutoring English to my son. She manages to change the pace to keep him interested throughout each session, which is a challenge when he's not engaged in learning, and this is over a zoom lesson too. The different games and apps used are good fun and keep the interest going. Marie has also been great at switching tools to use when we discovered my son's new Chromebook didn't do all the expected things with zoom anymore. I highly recommend Marie for your tutoring needs, no matter where you are located ☺️

   Marie is fantastic, friendly and has such a calm but firm demeanour, which is why she was the only choice for us when it came to finding a SEND tutor for our son. She has a fun approach to tutoring and breaks the sessions down into bitesize chucks of different activities to help keep him focused, which isn't always easy. Thank you for all your continued support and for helping him grow.
