Emma has booked many holidays for me and has always been brilliant. Booked a holiday to Tenerife with Emily for August. Emily was very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area we wanted to visit. Nothing was too much trouble, and all our questions were answered! Price was fantastic too better than other high street travel agents. Would definitely recommend visiting Emily and TUI.

Really helpful member of staff called Charlotte who helped me book my trip to New York! She had lots of tips of what to do and was very helpful in booking our hotel and flights. She was also fantastic booking my parents dream holiday to Jamaica and spent lots of time with them finding their perfect trip! Would definitely recommend Tui in Shrewsbury
