Always a great place to walk the dogs. I really enjoy the right-hand path through the trees as you come in. It provides a nice range of environments for dog and owner alike.
Langley Mead at Sheinfeld is a real hidden gem and one of my favourite places to unwind. The open fields, wildflower meadows, and surrounding countryside create the perfect setting for a peaceful walk or just sitting quietly with a good book, soaking in the views. It’s a haven for wildlife lovers—especially those who enjoy birdwatching. I’ve spotted so many different species here using my bird ID app, which has made each visit even more enjoyable. It’s also a very popular spot for dog walkers. I don’t have a dog myself, but it’s always lovely to see them having such a great time, exploring all the scents and making new friends. Langley Mead offers that perfect mix of calm, natural beauty and quiet companionship with nature. Highly recommended for anyone needing a bit of fresh air and tranquility.
One of the best open parks in the area to walk your dog. You can do a circuit of the fields on paths or boardwalks in about 45 minutes and you'll meet lots of other dog walkers. Everyone seems uplifted by the open spaces and the dogs certainly enjoy it. Good parking, right at the start of the walk.
Nice set of fields for a walk, with or without a dog. There are a few dog bins available around the fields. There is also a path to walk around the fields, however it can water logged in the winter so bring your wellies. Good parking available

The place has potential, but everything was submerged in water when we visited, so we couldn’t do much.
