Even like this month I put on for the first time and imogen was very patient with me and even though this month wasn't great she still had lovely and positive feedback for me and gave me ideas to how to get back on track! 100% recommend Samantha Butler

Attended Will Chemists Inverurie for pre booked ear wax removal. Met by courteous staff and had ear wax removed from both ears by suction method. The procedure was painless and explained throughout. If required again I would have no hesitation in going back to Will and I would certainly recommend them.
Galen assessed me to ensure I received the best treatment, and fully explained the process to me before and during my treatment. He provided a fast, friendly and efficient service which I would highly recommend to others.
This is an excellent community pharmacy with caring, knowledgeable staff. A wide range of services are on offer and these are regularly added to. Opening times are generous with evening hours and a Sunday slot for emergencies. There’s a useful treatment room which is ideal with GP appointments so hard to access. All the team are superb.
Initially the wax in my right ear was too hard to remove by micro-suction so I had to use drops for a few days and then it was successfully removed with suction and syringing with water. All this done in less than a week so didn’t have to put up with blocked ear for too long and the process was completely painless. Fantastic relief and so quick all done within a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this service and thank goodness it’s available. It’s also very interesting seeing inside you ear looking at the before and after photos. It’s reassuring to know that there’s an alternative to a GP practice to have your ears examined and treated if appropriate.
We are extremely happy with the service provided by Will Chemist. Booking for a flu jab for my daughter was very easy. On the day of the appointment we were seen on time and the lady was extremely kind. I think Will Chemist provides an excellent service to the community.
