We have used Nelly and her team in our home for years. They are always very friendly and professional and do a great job cleaning. Nelly is very prompt in her communication and quick to fix any issues if they came up. I would highly recommend their services!
Outright scam. Charged extra for cleaning top of counters, doors and floors. Images are from 2 hours after cleaner left. Do not hire these people. Did not even sweep large pieces of rubbish (kids). I asked for a completion on the job and they said cleaning was not done because they were not "reachable surface" even though it was agreed to clean all floors and top of kitchen counter before hand. Even charged extra for the top of counter, which I paid. Last two photos is my hand going through top of door after cleaning and how my hand looked after. Avoid hiring.
We used Earley Cleaning Services for nearly two years and were very happy with the service. We've now moved out of the area and so will have to try and find a comparable company as we couldn't take our lovely ladies with us!! Neli always responds quickly to messages and is always very helpful. The standard of the cleaning was excellent and we would have no hesitation in recommending Earley Cleaning Services.
Sorry for the late comment. I have booked an end of tenancy cleaning two weeks ago. It was a great customer experience from start to finish. Nelly and her team are punctual, friendly, very responsive and professional. Team arrived on time, everything was finished in good time and to a high standard. No deductions from my managing agents. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The cleaners of Earley Cleaning services always did an amazing job with our house, leaving everything super clean and handling it professionally and in a timely manner. They were always super kind to us as well. They also saved us by being able to do an end of tenancy clean with just a few days notice, which we were truly grateful for. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone, and I'm just sad we moved out of the area and will no longer be able to use their services :(
Moving house is a stressful experience and I certainly did not want the added stress of cleaning the property! Nelly and her team did a great job in providing a deep clean to my empty property 2 days before completion! A great service with great communication from the onset. Would definitely recommend.
I hired Earley Cleaning Services for an end of tenancy clean. Their pricing was very competitive and the job they did was great. They arrived on time, were very efficient and the quality of work was amazing. Since then, I've received back my deposit in full which I am sure was in part due to the amazing work they did. I will be definitely using their services in the guture as well.
An excellent service with a reasonable price. I arranged everything with Nelly on a very short notice and they provided a one off cleaning with the ovens as well. After checking the quality of their service, I opted for a regular cleaning service with the team. Highly recommended!
