Jayden does a brilliant job every time. My windows are always spotless and he’s such a genuinely nice guy too. Super reliable, friendly and really takes pride in his work. Honestly can’t fault him at all 10/10 service!

Our windows and doors were cleaned by them for the first time today. The entire job took only two to three minutes, which I confirmed on my outdoor cameras. I can assure you that, despite all the promises they make – whether customer satisfaction, spotless glass, or cleaned frames, sills, doors and windows – they do not deliver, not one of them. It is remarkable how consistently disappointing they are. All they did was splash some water. They certainly did not clean the sills or anything else, and in fact our windows were noticeably cleaner before their visit. Now they are covered with spots and streaks, despite their so-called guarantee. They are refusing to issue a refund because I will not allow them to “rectify” the work. That is hardly surprising, as they are clearly incapable of cleaning properly, and I will not give them the chance to make things worse, as they have already done for many other people according to their Google reviews.
After our windows were cleaned for the first time,they were left with streaks and water droplets. This was across a number of windows. I rang and complained and was informed we would have them redone as they offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They duly turned up today to redo them and they have actually been left in a worse condition then the first time. I phoned to again complain also informing that we would not be paying for such a sloppy service 2nd time round I also requested the salesman who made the initial contact with us to come and inspect the windows. The response over the phone was: we expect you to pay as it was a second visit and the salesman would not attend to inspect. I was also asked to take pictures to send to them via e-mail which they would send me to reply. I have duly taken the pictures but am still waiting to be sent the email to respond to. So please Abacus live by your motto: 100%customer satisfaction. Because until you do ,we will not pay. Regards W.Diamond
I spoke with Becca after having a few no shows for window cleaning. She was so helpful and accommodating can’t fault this company. They arrived on time today very professional and great clean. Highly recommend them.
The pole system used is not effective for leaving your windows ‘sparkling’ the windows are left wet therefore dry with streaks all over them. The company was very helpful when I called and said I wasn’t happy and came back to rectify there work but the same process was carried out and streaks left again. I’ll be finding a local window cleaner with a ladder and squidgeee :)
Absolutely great team of lads out on the jobs and great team of office staff. Always extremely polite and helpful with any queries I might have. Windows always look amazing after they've been cleaned. Highly recommend this company!
I just moved into a new building, and the windows needed to be cleaned. When I made the booking, I suggested that the company to call before they cleaned our windows because our apartment is built in a way that makes it easy to get confused. I also told them that I live on the first floor and can't access the gardens on the ground floor. They told me that they can clean my windows without any trouble. The first time they came to clean, they cleaned windows that didn't belong to us. They may have been our neighbours' windows, but they didn't call to make sure. They attempted to clean only one side of the building. When I called them back, a woman said that it was my fault because I hadn't left the back garden door open. I told her again that when I made the reservation, I told the company where I lived and that I couldn't get to the garden below. The company told me it was fine. She stated that I must still pay for the services regardless and suggested speaking with manager on Monday. After a discussion with the manager and another attempt to explain the situation and our window position, the manager said they will call and clean the windows again to fix it all. The person who showed up could only clean the front and said that whoever booked us didn’t look at Google Maps and has no idea what they're doing. He said without the access to ground floor gardens he is unable to clean the backside. So, again, only half of our apartment windows were cleaned. The result was bad and had a lot of smudges. Some of the window was cleaned, but some of it was not. Window seals were dirty, muddy, and untouched. Windows weren't really cleaned as only half of window was reached. I'll submit you some photos as proof with my response. The water was also poured inside my neighbours windows below which caused her distress. As a cherry on top, a few days later, the company van was driving around our estate and stopped suddenly on double yellow lines straight after traffic lights to greet someone and with his actions put other cars in danger unable to cross traffic lights behind him. Very arrogant behaviour. At the end I paid for half of windows £10 only, but this does not change the fact that windows weren’t cleaned up to my expectations and standards. I'm very disappointed with your company, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
This company have just finished cleaning my windows. Such a poor service. I am not happy about this and I would never make this mistake of using this company again. I have read previous review of a customer that complained of this same service and nothing was done. Not embarrassed of their services. It would be a waste of my time to contact them then.
