I called Lightwater company at such a short notice because I needed my luggage bags to be moved from the upper to the ground floor for collection. To say that I was impressed by their quick service delivery is an understatement. There were there on time, and the communication lines were always open. I could feel their smile and genuineness over the phone. I highly recommend them for quick and professional service. I will call again should the need arise.
Hired event staff for a dinner party at home, and everything was great from booking to the staff. Cody was exceptional. Friendly, professional, efficient, and a whiz at tending to guests and cleaning up after. The kitchen might have been cleaner than when we started!! She was a dream and would love to have her at our next event.
Cleaners did not finish the job and more importantly left a stain on the carpet that was not there before. They do not take responsibility and told us "they weren't magicians", when the stain was not there before. We have had to pay for a new carpet as a result of the stain left by the cleaners. Regardless of time needed to complete a job, I would not expect the carpet to be left in a worse state than it was found. Furthermore when explaining the situation to be told that "we are not magicians" . When as mentioned, the state was not there before they attended. Avoid please! Update: I have sent you my invoice to confirm you did the work. Since replying they have done nothing to resolve any issues!! Just to reiterate to anyone reading this this, please avoid this company to save yourself some money and effort!
Lightwater Cleaning are AMAZING. After hunting around for cleaning companies (and getting no reply), I called Lightwater Cleaning who answered the phone immediately, and then they bent over backwards to help. Very last minute on my part, they were able to arrange for cleaners to come that same afternoon to do a deep clean after decorators and carpet fitters had finished their work. Laura and Jaquie did an incredible job! The house was spotless. Lesley, Lisa and Lynn in the office were so helpful, and Laura and Jaquie in the house were simply incredible. A great team, friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional. I have definitely struck gold with Lightwater Cleaning, and will be arranging a regular clean with them. Thank you all so much!
The removers had just gone when the two cleaners arrived. They did an excellent job of cleaning every area, kitchen and fixed appliances,, bathroom and shower, a very thorough clean of the carpeted rooms. I have never seen such a quick and thorough clean. I'm more than grateful for the work they did which has enabled me to have my property deposit returned.
