   I hired Berkshire Cleaning for an end of tenancy cleaning. While I am happy with the cleaning, unfortunately the exit survey which occured immediately after identified damage which I believe could have been caused by the cleaners. Berkshire Cleaning was adamant that it was 100% impossible which I disagree with. My landlord charged me for the damages, which was near the cost of the cleaning. Berkshire Cleaning didn't accept any possibility of responsibility, nor offer even a minor contribution to pay towards the damages, which I would have been satisfied with. Unfortunate as I was very happy with the service besides how this issue was handled. I have learned my lesson which is to do a full inspection before cleaners leave, regardless of the company.

   I recently used Berkshire Cleaning for my end of tenancy cleaning and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The team was punctual, professional and incredibly thorough. Every corner of property was spotless. I was also provided guarantee by Malik if there will be any issues we will send cleaners back to rectify those issues. It was peace of mind as well. However, my inventory was passed in first attempt by Romans estate agents. Thanks to their hard work!

   I wanted to let you know that my tenant contacted you for an end of Tenancy Cleaning that was carried out on 17th July 2024. The inventory report listed many areas where the cleaning was not up to standard. The tenant contacted you to request to return with my agreement under your 72-hour guarantee, and communication has yet to be received.

   Although your staff arrived an hour late, we were happy with the cleaning standard of the first floor bedrooms. However, we were very disappointed that your staff did not really clean the kitchen. We felt that they rushed off at 2:30pm. The fridge was only lightly cleaned that we needed to ask them to clean the plastic shelves again. When we were unpacking our kitchen items later at night, we noticed most of the shelves and the inside of the cabinet doors were not clean. See the attached photos for the visible stains and dirts. We wiped them off ourselves easily. We paid £380 for a deep clean service. Had we noticed the poor cleaning standard of the kitchen earlier, we would not have fully paid the rest of the fee. Needless to say, we will not be using your company again. Edit: Just look at how greasy the extracter's frame is (see uploaded pic). How was it a deep cleaned kitchen?
