   Very bad experience. Cancelled appointment without noticing the client. Rebooked but still need to reminded by the client for the appointment. Also, the final report shown more than 20 points about cleaning issues after an end tenancy cleaning done by this company. Unbelievably that the report said cigarette has been found on the shelf but no one smoke in the family and everyone has been moved out before the cleaning.....

   Mr Will was recommended by my estate agent, who authorised him for my end of tenancy cleaning. He has a nice attitude and is very helpful. The service included carpet washing, his pricing was competitive compared with others in the region, and the whole job was done well. A reliable company.

   Really disappointed in this company. They sent two cleaners who were pretty blasé about the job and left areas uncleaned (they forgot to clean the toilet for example!) Came back the following day to put things right and the cleaners were very unhappy about having to do that - aggressive and rude. The place still wasn't clean even after their second visit. I think that's because their version of cleaning is 'wipe a cloth over it' whereas mine involves - shockingly - putting in some effort so things aren't dirty any more. If you need anything more than a light dust of some of your house, avoid this company. Oh, and their hygiene standards are non-existent. I complained about the service I received and was told the two cleaners in question had been fired. I pointed out that that solves a problem for the company, but doesn't help me. I asked for compensation but have heard nothing back.

   This is one of the worst cleaning company I have ever had in my years of landlord experience. Attached the pics from new tenants. After discovered those unsatisfied & uncleaned items (oven, fridge, and hood), I've asked the 1st professional cleaning to come back to fix those. I got promised from the guy from the company, but the cleaner just didn't show up that day. So I had to keep asking and chasing for revisit, but never had one or got my call through - I suspected my number is blocked by them. One advice - stay away from them
