Avoid this company at all costs. I had a booking for 2 months in advance. This booking was cancelled at 3pm the working day before the work was supposed to take place. No effort was made to source a replacement cleaner despite the length of pre-booking. Don't take the risk that they will cancel on you last minute
Asked for a quote a month in advance of my clean and did not stop getting chased and called as to whether I wanted to proceed, I chose these people 2 weeks before my end of tenancy clean. My clean was booked for midday and at 11.50 I got a call to say the cleaner was unable to make it and was asked if I’d like to reschedule. Unfortunately they had no availability before I was due to vacate but payment was still taken. This was 10 working days ago and I have not yet had a refund despite chasing on several occasions. I really wish I’d read reviews before engaging with these services but quite frankly I felt pressured and bullied into going ahead with these people. Avoid at all costs!
I would like to thank your and your team for making booking a cleaner easy and effective, and having a choice of cleaners to meet our needs Francois is very punctual and friendly when he calls to remind us it is time for a clean, and will go out of his way to find a time slot that suits. Our first set of cleaners were OK , but more commercial than domestic so it was great just to have a call and find a better fit. Also not having to deal in cash and know that if something is wrong it will be sorted quickly is a real benefit to us. I cant recommend fresh cleans highly enough
Very very very bad service. I’ve spend £175 for nothing. Please, don’t contact them becouse you will lose your money and after you talk with them for explain the problem, they don’t reply to you. The worst company that I contacted IN MY LIFE
Horrendous service, avoid at all costs. £180 poorly spent. I booked an end of tenancy cleaning service with Fresh Cleans. The cleaner was due to arrive at 10am. At 9.50am she called me to say she would be an hour late. Eventually she arrived at 11.20am. She then complained numerous times that there was no kettle. I assumed this was for hot water for the cleaning and explained there was hot water in the tap. Turns out it was for a cup of tea. She even asked me to go to my new property to get the kettle so she could have a cup of tea. The end of tenancy clean obviously suggests I had moved all of my things out and I felt this was quite rude to be demanding a cup of tea. The cleaning service itself was awful (see pictures post clean attached). The cleaners left all the rubbish in it flat including empty spray bottles of cleaning products they had used. Following up with management on this has again been dire. I emailed asking for their 48 hour reclean service, to which I was told someone would contact me on Monday. No one did. I followed up with an email asking to be called by 10am on Tuesday. This did happen however it was just to tell me my complaint was with management. An emailed arrived on Tuesday at 4pm asking for my availability for a reclean. Unfortunately by this point I'd handed my keys back to my landlady, who has employed another cleaner, for whom I also have to pay for. I have explained this to Fresh Cleans, and have asked for my money back. I called again on Wednesday and whilst the lady I spoke to seemed sympathetic, she told me she'd call me back within a few minutes once she'd spoken to the management. Needless to say I never got call back and at this point they stopped replying to emails. Do not use, spend your money elsewhere!
I have used fresh cleans on three occasions with three different cleaners and I've been disappointed on two occasions as the service varies massively. One the first occasion the standard was below what I would expect, however, office staff apologised and gave a discount so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and used them again. On the second occasion the person was very professional and did a really good job and of the only reason this isn't a one star review. The worst occasion has been this morning where once again the cleaning has only been done to a basic standard but worse they have spilt product on my bath mat and irreparably damaged it. Overall, very unhappy with Fresh Cleans.
I booked these cleaning services. It was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences. I had requested the cleaner to be at my place not later than 10 as I had to leave at 12 for a 12.30 meeting. First the cleaner did not arrive till 10.27am. I kept on calling the agency but there was no reply. Rather on email they ‘chatted’ to say she will come. Then they charged my card even before the cleaner reached. Then once she came it was another story. She had cleaning zero knowledge. She wiped wet, did not even bother lift things while cleaning under them. She was terribly slow. I wrote a frantic email to the agency as there was no way to call. They called back and when I explained the situation, they offered to refund 10 pounds out of the 40 pounds which they had already charged me. So just to manage the situation I had to stop my work and assist the cleaner, do things which she should have done. On top of all this no one from the agency bothered to call after the service to check. And guess what, no promised refund has yet been processed. I am not someone who enjoys giving negative reviews. But working women like me spend money on cleaning services so that our stress reduces. I genuinely felt cheated yesterday. Despite of my clear request, niceness and patience I had to deal with this. I really would ask anyone booking with this agency to be careful.
Never use them , they are not professional at all , I have used them for end of tenancy cleaning and end up giving money again to my agent as there standard of cleaning was poor. I have shared the photos of there work which they not accepting saying you are late. Never recommend them. Very poor service.
The worst that we felt. 1. Wrong person appointment 2. Second appointment cleaner left the work in middle due to incompetent 3. Had to chase them for refund Finally no services provided. We were tapped upfront with the best service and commitment flaws.. All went wrong.
Excellent quality and service. I have use Fresh Cleans to help with my clients for a year and a half now and I’ve never been let down and have gotten the very best service possible. I would highly recommend! Thanks!
