   Fatima has been cleaning my house for over two years and I'm more than happy with her service. I work from home and sometimes have to change the day and time, due to meetings and workshops. Fatima always tries to be flexible and accommodate when this happens. I wouldn't use anyone else.

   Be vary of the owner. I have been a customer and the agreement with Magic Hands Cleaning was to clean my house every 3 weeks. Initially it went well for 2 times and now it has been 6 weeks and no cleaning visit. When i called the Magic Hands Cleaning the owner started accusing and making excuses. If they don’t want to continue please let us know so we can find alternatives.

   Very unhappy with the service provided today. We asked for a deep clean and then clarified if it would be the springclean listed on their website. I was told it was in the quote we were given. When they were finished I asked to check everything and found that things had not been done that were listed on the website. It definitely wasn't as described as the microwave (which even in the normal clean description says will be done) and fridge weren't done, skirting boards were still dusty where items hadn't been moved out of the way which could be moved. Again definitely not a deep clean! The quoted amount was twice that of a normal clean and the service just wasn't there.
