My experience with this company was far from positive. My initial appointment was postponed due to the person not feeling well. Having rebooked and waited 3 weeks for the next appointment, I was horrified to be told that my oven was too dirty and they refused to clean it. Thankfully Hart Oven Cleaning came to the rescue and I now have a clean oven.
If you’ve been putting off an oven clean don’t! Nick’s team did a stunning job of my single and double oven as well as my BBQ today! We cook a roast every weekend and BBQ most weekends in the summer, the BBQ didn’t get its usual end of season deep clean, stunning now I tell you. Great response to my initial enquiry, booked a date and arrived as planned. Worked swiftly with friendly and professional staff. Price was really reasonable and the results were great. (I’ve included photos and these were taken after the hon and been cleaned, so any splatters are entirely down to us. Our ovens were really, really dirty! Am so pleased with the results.
Dream clean ovens cleaned my oven and hob today (I’m embarrassed at how bad it was!) but they did a fantastic job. Looks like new again!
Communication was good when we booked and they even offered us an earlier appointment which we declined because of a positive covid test in the household. However on the day they were due to come they hadn't turned up an hour after the appointment time (1.30) so we chased up. They said they were running late but would be with us. We then got another call to say they couldn't make it at all that day as earlier appointments had run on and offered a slot the next day, which didn't work for us. When they called back 'with the diary' we were offered appointments a month away, which we declined as didn't want to be let down again having waited another month
Terrible experience from start to finish with this outfit, booked to have my oven cleaned a whole month in advance in preparation for Christmas 2021. Come appointment day and the cleaner doesn't show up, after eventually getting hold of them I'm told they had lost all bookings, however the oven cleaner said he was on another job?? Thought you had lost all the bookings?? This has ended up costing my own business financially due to down time whilst waiting for the pre arranged appointment with dream clean ovens. Zero in the way of any form of compensation offered for my own losses for the day, not even any reduction in a oven clean for my inconvenience and financial loss. Loads of other companies out there doing this kind of work so go elsewhere or face having your time and money wasted.
I have a Neff single oven and a Neff microwave that sits in the same housing, it's classed as a double oven. I booked this in, a man and a lady turned up, took one look and said the cost increased to £85! Would not recommend
Our Double Oven was cleaned by Matt , he did an excellent job, he was professional and very polite. He put down towels and kept everything clean and tidy before and after he left. The oven is sparkling clean and I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you Matt.
